Tuesday 3/13 Update

I've been typing all weekend just trying to get a rough layout for my poetry.  Sure wish I had done this a long time ago, then I wouldn't have to re-type everything.  lol  I'm working on some ideas for my first e-book cover as well.  Only so much I can do during a day after working. 

*Thursday Update..

I've been narrowing down a title for my first set of poems.  I keep reminding myself...simple, simple.  ;)

There's definitely some good ideas here on paper, just trying to follow inspiration to the right one. 

*Monday Update

I started on some initial layouts tonight for my first book of poetry.  Rolling around ideas for titles, and lengths to the book.  Definitely some "concrete" work started on tonight.  :)

I've been busy reading up on the licensing aggreement, looking up copyright info, researching how I want to design/display my poetry, and looking into a nice program called Gimp http://www.gimp.org/ (recommended by http://www.smashwords.com/ ) for making book covers.  It's definitely alot to go through and look at, but exciting at the same time.  Anything to get creative!  ;)  The next step is to double check the formating style that I must use for uploading my work and get typing!  Probably going to try and start on that a smidge tonight.
